The 16-year-old came off the bench in second-half stoppage time of the midweek Ligue 1 match to see out the final moments of the game. The midfielder replaced Manuel Ugarte for the home side and briefly played alongside his World Cup-winning sibling.

The older Mbappe scored twice in the French top-flight clash as the reigning champions made it eight games in a row without defeat in the league. The victory for Luis Enrique's team ensures they remain five points clear at the top of the table ahead of Nice.

The younger Mbappe joined PSG's youth academy from the Bondy system in 2017, around the same time Kylian joined the club on loan from Monaco for a season before making the move permanent in 2018. The teenager has been a key figure for the PSG Under-19s, having featured in all six of their UEFA Youth League group stage matches this season.
